The support here has been fantastic so far. I've been on a Pro Platinum VPS for about two weeks now and am very glad I switched. I had a little trouble getting my domain transferred from 1and1, but the support team here was very helpful in getting everything set up while I was waiting for everything to get moved over.

The VPS is very responsive and overall performance is great. I benchmarked the VPS against my 3.06ghz/4GB macbook pro (benchmark app is from webhostingtalk.com) and it beat my macbook by almost 2:1.

The price is near-impossible to beat as well.
